WHITE OR NAVY
This grey boy known fondly as Simon has all the attributes of a superstar.
He has 3 incredible floating paces & a stunning front. Currently he is being
professionally schooled & is coming along very fast & will be ready to come out
with flying colours next spring as a newcomer. He measures a little under 16hh
at present & probably has a little growing to do yet. At 3yo he has had one
race start. He has no scars or blemishes & is amazingly quiet with a smart and
trainable temperament. He is 100% sound and is easy to do everything with.
If it was ever possible to say a horse was perfect, it could be said about him.
You can take him anywhere and tie him to the float with no problems. He has
even popped over a few little jumps and would more than likely be excellent at
this too. He is going beautifully and will suit a top showing home with a rider
capable of taking him to the very top. He is however not suitable for a novice
rider as he is still quite green and needs further education. Genuine enquiries
only please as this horse will only go to the best of homes. $5,000. Matching
false tail also available. Phone 0409 969 443, Toowoomba, Qld.
Fancy Grey 3yo TB Hack

good movement with a trainable nature. Has competed up to 75cm jumping
and has been borrowed for Riding classes. Will is an easy horse to have
around. Entered SHC Grand Nationals. Reasonably priced. $POA.

Anunderstandably proud Lisa found Ali Berwick’s
Garryowen mount and National Large Hack
Champion, Xlerate in the Eventer Special section
of the July 2011 edition of Horse Deals. Ali and the
17hh Zabeel gelding have had a sensational year which
included the Victorian Barastoc Champion Hack title.
But it was a case of not only, but also, for Showing
devotee, McMaster as her daughter, Samantha rode
the handsome and very well performed Desert King
mare, DP Destiny to take out the National Champion
Large Show Hunter Hack. It was an impressive back
to back performance from Destiny that won last year
with professional rider and trainer, Rebecca Farran
in the saddle. Destiny was found in the Allrounder
section of the November 2010 edition of Horse Deals.
“Most of the horses we have had success with over the
years”, explains Lisa, “have come out of Horse Deals.
The girl’s (Sarah and Samantha) first two ponies came
out of the $1000 and Under section”. Lisa and the
girls have had a lot of success over a number of years
and the one time quest for ponies has now become
a search for tall hacks, to match the tall and elegant
“I have never looked on the internet for a horse”,
continues Lisa, “and my first port of call is always Horse
Deals Magazine. I like to sit down with the magazine,
which gives you a chance to relax, rather than staring
at a computer screen. I buy Horse Deals every month
whether I am specifically looking for a horse or not. I
have a really good look through it, (Destiny was found
on page 467 of the November 2010 issue) and if there
is something that really jumps out at me and that I
came out of the
Show Horse section
in the April 2012
Who would have
win the Garryowen
and be National
Of course the
question now is,
